Crossing the uncanny valley together
AI is here with promises of increased efficiency, breakthrough data management and augmented workflows.
With the transition comes a number of serious human-side issues. From how to trust machines that are capable of superhuman feats of speed and capacity but fail in the simplest human interactions, over issues of meta-cognitive laziness and need for critical thinking, to fear of the unknown.
These issues all have to addressed by leadership using a combination of existing approaches and entirely new tools.

At Workz, we are setting out to develop a AI leadership development module, the way we do things.
We will use playful design and serious games to create deep transformational conversations. Conversations that develop leadership skills or address the human side of AI directly.
