As AI integrates into more and more aspects of our daily work and collaboration, new leadership challenges emerge:

• How can we prevent AI from eroding trust and psychological safety within and across teams?
• How is working with AI affecting how we collaborate with each other?
• How can we reframe adaptation of AI as a learning process rather than IT implementation?
• How is the adaptation of AI impacting the role and importance of shared culture, values and sense of belonging?
• What are the critical blind spots and dilemmas that we need to address as leaders?

In this informal symposium from 14.00 – 16.30, we invite peers and kindred leadership enthusiasts to join the critical conversations about the impact of AI on leadership as a role and practice. Also, we have a few guests joining us to speak in this session:
