Become certified and help managers or project leaders train and test different strategies in leadership before they matter.

What is Playmakers?

Playmakers is a simulation about team and project leadership. The game trains how to lead diverse groups to high performance by managing strong personalities, team dynamics, interpersonal conflicts and stakeholder expectations. The game follows a fictional case where the participants make decisions on behalf of the new leader of a project team. Across three rounds, the simulation helps participants to identify, analyse and address challenges at individual, group and organisational levels.

Why get certified in Playmakers?

When certified, you will be able to facilitate the Playmakers simulation and create highly engaging learning experiences with strong impact. The game can be part of ongoing training or onboarding programs, or it can be used for a “just-in-time” stand-alone session to help leaders with a specific challenge.

During the certification, you will get a hands-on experience with the simulation and learn how to use game-based tools to facilitate meaningful conversations with strong learning impact. The workshop also includes a review of relevant theories, facilitation training, and guidance on how to design engaging training sessions and development programs. There will also be rich opportunities to connect and share insights with other professional trainers and facilitators.

Is this for you?

This certification workshop is for professionals working with leadership development and training in complex organisations. This can be both internal trainers or external consultants. We recommend that anyone with prior experience in facilitation and leadership training sign up.

The certification fee is €2,510 per participant. The price includes food and drinks on both days.
