The CFO’s Transformation playbook

Join us as we sit down with CFOs to hear about their experiences with their transformation playbook.

Which role does the CFO function play in strategy execution in modern organisations? How has the CFO role evolved, and what are the core capabilities that CFOs must sharpen to stay on top of tomorrow’s game? And what are the candid insights on leading transformations that senior CFOs wish they had known at the start of their careers?

These questions were the point of departure for an exploratory survey started earlier this year with Workz, CPC and collaborators in the International Change Group.

Through in-depth personal interviews with CFOs from various industries around the world, we have collected personal stories and professional reflections on a side of the CFO role that deserves more attention.

At this informal symposium, we look forward to sharing survey insights, presenting the CFOs transformation playbook, and discussing best practices with peers and several of the survey participants:

  • Anders Lonning-Skovgaard, CFO at Coloplast
  • Tahir Hussain, CFO at Khora and former CFO at Tate Gallery

Join us for an engaging session, hosted by Michael Babilon-Teubenbacher, Principal Partner at CPC, and Ask Agger, CEO at Workz.

Lastly, we invite leaders or senior specialists in complex organisations working with finance, commercial execution, strategy activation or change management.
