At this informal symposium in Copenhagen, we remember and celebrate the impact and inspiration of Stephen Bungay, who very sadly passed away earlier in May.
Following a long career as an executive advisor and consultant, Stephen pioneered the ‘leading through intent’ approach to leadership and execution in his seminal book, ‘The Art of Action’. He combined the historical insights of Clausewitz and von Moltke with a deep understanding of modern organisations and “friction” in execution. His thoughts have inspired countless leaders and organisations, not least in Scandinavia, where many companies have taken his advice to lead for both alignment and autonomy to heart.
At the symposium, we bring together executives, thought leaders and transformation experts to share stories and best practices on applying ‘leading through intent’ in both large organisational transformations and in daily leadership practice.
