Meeting Design that Works

Taking stock two years after COVID-19 – what are the key meeting design learnings of the pandemic? How have expectations of in-person meetings changed? What will be the trend-setting meeting concepts in the years to come.

At this informal symposium, we gather leading meeting designers, event planners, and conference organisers to share insights and discuss best and next practices. The program is a mix of short inspirational case presentations, engaging workshops, and informal networking.
