The Quest Game – Open certification

On February 19, from 12.30 – 16.30 CET, we are hosting a certification workshop in the Quest Game, developed in collaboration between Workz and IMD Business School. The session is designed for internal facilitators, consultants, and leaders who want new inspiration and a tangible tool to support their work with strategy and change in complex organisations. You can either participate in person in Copenhagen or join virtually.
Professor Anand Narasimhan from IMD will join online to share insights on the Quest framework, and Ask Agger, CEO at Workz, will introduce the Quest Game and run a training session on how to apply and facilitate the conversation tool.
The Quest framework and game are a research-based approach to help organisations identify and navigate strategic journeys with success. The Harvard Business Review article about the approach has been selected for HBR’s 10 Must Reads on Change Management collection, alongside classics such as John Kotter’s Leading Change.
The participant fee is DKK 5,610, including one set of the Quest game (shipping fee not included).
