How can we ensure that culture and strategy share a nice brunch instead of eating each other?

Modern organisations are undergoing constant transformation, putting tremendous pressure on leaders, organisational culture, and our shared sense of belonging. In this informal symposium, we explore the dos and don’ts of strategy activation and change management, and what it takes to turn strategic ambitions into everyday action.

Join us on June 16 from 14.00 to 16.30 for an engaging symposium with like-minded professionals seeking inspiration on how to bring strategy to life and ensure that top management, leaders, and front-line colleagues are aligned on what needs to be done to bring the strategy to life and deliver on what matters.

The session combines inspirational cases, conversation, and an interactive workshop focused on how strategies can be activated in practice. To inspire our discussions, Sara Helweg-Larsen, EVP, Brand and Communications at Alfa Laval, Camilla Krohn, SVP and Chief of Staff at Falck, Mille Borchorst, SVP POCA Business Partnering at Novo Nordisk and Ask Agger, CEO at Workz, will share some of their personal dos and don’ts.

To structure the flow of the symposium, we will explore the three phases of the strategy activation model – from HEAR IT and GET IT to LIVE IT.

This session is for professionals working internally in complex organisations, for example, within HR, Commercial, Communications, or similar functions.
