It's time once again to gather friends, old as new, and together take a long hard look at organisational change. We want to show you how powerful involvement really is, and how you can put it to good use to accelerate learning, increase performance, and support strategy.

That’s a tall order, so we’ve cleared our schedule for (almost) a week and lined up 9 informal and explorative sessions with different themes – you can get an overview of the programme below.
We hope to inspire you by giving you a taste of ‘the Workz way’ of enabling organizations and teams to meet their objectives and you are invited to join the conversation. Our contribution comes from presenting recent projects, collaborators and some characteristic Workz tools.
what to expect?
You can join one or more sessions, depending on what tickles your fancy. We will be joined by guest speakers from Novo Nordisk, British Sailing Team, and AMBU among others. Oh, and you can grab some light breakfast and/or lunch while you are here. And of course, you’ll be connecting and sharing knowledge with other professionals.
