We have launched the newly redesigned Gamechangers®. We have updated and streamlined the game to ensure an even better experience and stronger learning outcomes.
Simply put, Gamechangers is a leadership simulation where the leader must carry out a project across the organisation without being able to take full control. Instead, you need to engage with stakeholders, understand their needs, and navigate the fact that people will be more or less supportive and enthusiastic about the project. At its core, the game is about how the stakeholders perceive you as a leader and colleague, and how you build the trust needed to truly engage them.
So, what is the difference between the two versions?
First of all, the new version is available with Workz+, an app that supports a more flexible and sustainable setup, providing real-time overviews. The game is also shorter, consisting of three rounds instead of four. This ensures a more focused experience, with more time for meaningful discussions during the game.
Additionally, the storylines have been updated to reflect today’s reality, and the visual design has been refreshed to create a more engaging look. The board itself is simple and language-independent, while both the booklet and app for the tablet are available in several languages.
The new version of Gamechangers is even better at creating important discussions and conversations about leadership and stakeholder engagement. With the updated version, the game more effectively supports reflection and dialogue on how to engage the stakeholders, regardless of their perspective or level of engagement – all while delivering a better overall experience for the players.
