In our two-day training courses, you and other participants will become masters in the tool and get a detailed and hands-on introduction to the simulations, theories and models behind it.

During your training, you will practice methods to extract learnings from simulation to reality. You’ll get familiar with exercises, ways to stimulate reflections and actions, and much more. We will also introduce you to various user scenarios, working with program design and different tips and techniques as a facilitator.

Certifications are for professionals working with leadership development in complex organisations. We typically host two-day open certifications in our offices and the occasional virtual session.

There are also opportunities for virtual or local certifications, closed courses from a single company, and combination certifications, where we certify you in two or more simulations at once. We also provide expert facilitation training with ongoing support from our consulting team on tips and tricks.
