A game for global transformation
Quest is a unique mapping game specifically designed to guide organisations through strategic global transformation journeys. Developed collaboratively by Workz and IMD Business School, it builds on the Quest framework crafted by professors Anand Narasimhan and Jean-Louis Barsoux. Notably, this framework was initially introduced in their book and, later on, featured in a Harvard Business Review article titled, ‘What Everyone Gets Wrong About Change Management.’ This foundational work provides the essential basis for the game.
