Consultant with a passion for leadership development and the human side of change

We are currently looking for a paternity leave cover. This will be a fixed-period employment for August - December 2024, but we hope to offer a permanent position from January 2025.

As a new member of our team of consultants, you get to work with the human side of change. Our core value is involvement, and we strive to make leaders and employees co-owners, as change happens with them, not to them. Our services revolve around leadership development, strategy activation, and organisational culture. We work closely with our clients on designing diverse solutions ranging from workshops, large summits and training academies, to learning games and engagement tools.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: 

  • Is passionate about helping people through better involvement and leadership.
  • Is experienced working as a consultant, preferably focusing on change and/or leadership development.
  • Is a strong facilitator.
  • Is excited and comfortable working in different phases from conceptualisation to practical execution.
  • Has experience working on complex projects, and for whom taking responsibility is second nature.
  • Is organised and works actively to keep affairs in order.
  • Enjoys dealing with people at the intersection between client needs, innovative ideas and the realities of budgets and timelines. 
  • Is a strong communicator in English and, preferably, also in Danish.

PERHAPS YOU ALSO: 

  • Have experience in a corporate setting or a creative agency.
  • Have experience with sales or negotiation.
  • Have experience with the design and execution of in-person and virtual events.
  • Have a relevant academic background in HR, psychology, communication, or business.

PRACTICALITIES:

  • We are located in the centre of Copenhagen by The King’s Garden.
  • We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
  • The job is full-time and pay will depend on qualifications.
