Felix is the newest addition to Workz, having joined the team as an intern from Germany. He is in the fifth semester of his Business Psychology studies and is now curious to see how much of the theory holds up outside the lecture hall.

What fascinates him most is motivation: what gets people going, what keeps them going, and what happens between people when they work together. What drew him to Workz was the chance to look at this from both sides – within an international team, and in the work itself, helping leaders and their teams through change.

Outside of work, Felix will happily follow any stretch of water he can find and is currently working his way through Copenhagen’s neighbourhoods, harbours included, ideally a route that ends wherever the food looks best.
