With over 15 years of experience in internal communication, change management, and organizational development—and the past 10 years focused on empowering employees during organizational change—Kristin has worked with some of Denmark’s largest companies, as well as in international environments, to design campaigns, games, and tools that drive meaningful transformation. Her ability to bridge strategy and employee engagement has made her a trusted partner in creating impactful and sustainable organizational change.

Kristin is deeply committed to advancing the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) agenda, helping organizations foster workplaces where all employees feel seen, valued, and empowered to contribute. She believes successful change stems from clear communication and innovative methods to meaningfully engage employees. Her expertise includes designing and facilitating workshops, as well as visual corporate storytelling across print, video, TV, and interactive media—turning complex strategies into actionable and inspiring outcomes.

Originally from Trondheim, Norway, Kristin moved to Denmark in 2001 and has embraced her Scandinavian roots while thriving in dynamic and diverse professional settings. She finds inspiration in both nature and city life and enjoys skiing, gardening, and exploring new cultures. Kristin cherishes spending time with family and friends and is passionate about creating meaningful connections—both in her professional work and over a good cup of coffee.
