Lars is a seasoned consultant, facilitator and developer of learning experiences, splitting his time between internal Workz product development, process development for clients and facilitation.

Developing learning experiences, whether a short exercise or a complex simulation, Lars will employ his 30+ years of experience as a game designer and storyteller to create processes that anchor learning deeply by capturing the imagination and thrilling the rationale.

Lars has built his experience as a learning game designer and consultant with Learning Lab Denmark, Workz, and as a freelancer. Additionally, he has developed his producer and digital game development skills with the Danish Broadcasting Corporation and Moviestar Planet.

He holds a BA in Philosophy and an MA in Danish Language and Literature, and finds that the insight into how we know things and how great stories can change us has actually been a great help in his career.

Lars lives in Copenhagen with his wife, the youngest of their 6 children, a moody cat and a very good dog.
