Simon Bierring Lange

Simon is passionate about facilitation and learning and how the ways we interact can be designed to yield better results. He often helps companies design and implement engaging transformations or learning processes. 

Simon is an expert on virtual and hybrid learning setups and is also often used as a trainer or advisor for securing engagement in virtual processes. 

When working to solve complex challenges, Simon draws on his deep knowledge about human communication and the role technology plays in it. Simon holds a master’s degree in Linguistics and a PhD in video mediated interaction from the University of Copenhagen.

In his free time, Simon hangs out with his wife and daughters near the forests and the fjord in Roskilde, is an enthusiastic amateur chef and loves reading up on exotic languages.
