Client support: Assist consultants with preparing for and following up on meetings and workshops.

Content and coordination: Help with research, creating presentations, and project coordination.

Practical logistics: Manage day-to-day tasks related to events and internal processes.

Internal collaboration: Join team meetings and contribute your perspective and ideas.

Event assistance: Support live events in Denmark and potentially abroad.

English fluency: Can write and communicate in English at a professional level. We are an international company with English as our working language (Danish is a plus, but not required).

Why Join Us?

Real impact: You’ll play an important role in positioning Workz to help some of the biggest companies, in Denmark and beyond, become better at what they do.

Client-facing experience: Occasionally, you will also get the chance to work directly on client projects – a unique opportunity to gain insight and experience in professional communications.

Flexible schedule: We respect your studies and offer a setup that fits your academic and personal life.

Professional development: We offer mentorship and experience to enhance your skills and career prospects.

Great colleagues: Work alongside experienced consultants and creatives in a collaborative and inspiring environment – a fun, informal and committed team located in the heart of Copenhagen, right by the King’s Garden.

Diversity: We aim to build a diverse team and especially encourage individuals from minority backgrounds or neurodivergent to apply – even if you don’t meet every requirement listed above.

“Working as a student assistant at Workz was a great opportunity to build practical skills, contribute to real projects, and collaborate with a team that values new ideas. It was a rewarding experience that made me more confident and prepared for the professional world, and gave me a clear sense of how I want to work going forward.”  – Sophia Lindegaard, Former Student Assistant.
