We’re seeking a Student Assistant to join our Consulting team at Workz – a Copenhagen-based consultancy working with some of Scandinavia’s largest and most exciting companies. We help organisations bring strategies to life through leadership development, organisational culture, and employee engagement – always with people at the centre.
We collaborate with some of Denmark’s most well-known companies, using tools such as simulations, storytelling, and co-creation to turn complex challenges into meaningful change. From workshops and summits to learning games and training academies, we run and design it all.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client support: Assist consultants with preparing for and following up on meetings and workshops.
Content and coordination: Help with research, creating presentations, and project coordination.
Practical logistics: Manage day-to-day tasks related to events and internal processes.
Internal collaboration: Join team meetings and contribute your perspective and ideas.
Event assistance: Support live events in Denmark and potentially abroad.
We’re Looking for Someone Who
Education: Enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s programme – for example, within psychology, communication, business, HR, or similar.
Curious: Curious about consultancy and organisational development.
Collaboration and organisation: Works in a structured and reliable manner and is a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
English fluency: Can write and communicate in English at a professional level. We are an international company with English as our working language (Danish is a plus, but not required).
