Are you a writing and communication nerd? Are you looking for a chance to start a career in marketing or get your feet wet in design or consulting? Can you write better than this job posting drafted by ChatGPT?
We’re seeking a sharp, creative, and reliable Student Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. This is a great opportunity if you love writing, want to build your content portfolio, and gain real-world experience with both internal and client-facing projects.
At Workz, we help organisations design and drive change. Our work blends strategy, creativity, and play to activate learning and engagement, from leadership development to cultural transformation. We collaborate with some of Denmark’s most well-known companies, using tools like simulations, storytelling, and co-creation to turn complex challenges into meaningful change.
Must-have skills
Strong writing skills: You enjoy writing and are confident crafting clear, engaging content – blog posts, web text, SoMe copy, etc. You can interview experts to write about subjects you are not experienced in yourself.
Social media management: You can assist with planning, writing, and scheduling posts across LinkedIn and other platforms.
English fluency: You can write and communicate in English at a professional level. We are an international company with English as our working language.
Nice-to-have skills
Graphic design and visuals: Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or other design platforms is a big plus, but we do have a big design team to help you out.
Video production: Bonus if you can storyboard, shoot, or edit short videos for social or web.
Content research: You’re comfortable researching industry trends, ideas, and insights to support content creation.
Other qualifications
Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field with at least two years left of your study.
Communication tech: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media (LinkedIn is our primary playground) and maybe design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)?
Collaboration and organisation: Strong organisational skills, the ability to drive work proactively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Why Join Us?
Real impact: You’ll play an important role in positioning Workz to help some of the biggest companies, in Denmark and beyond, become better at what they do.
Client-facing experience: Occasionally, you will also get the chance to work directly on client projects – a unique opportunity to gain insight and experience in professional communications.
Flexible schedule: We respect your studies and offer a setup that fits your academic and personal life.
Professional development: We offer mentorship and experience to enhance your skills and career prospects.
Great colleagues: Work alongside experienced consultants and creatives in a collaborative and inspiring environment.
Diversity: We aim to build a diverse team and especially encourage individuals from minority backgrounds or neurodivergent to apply – even if you don’t meet every requirement listed above.
