We’ve won gold!
Bridgebuilders wins gold.
We are happy to share the good news that our latest leadership simulation, Bridgebuilders™ was honoured with a gold award in the tabletop category at The International Serious Play Awards 2017.
“Our Jury found Bridgebuilders to be an interesting and well-designed simulation,” Sue Bohle, Executive Director, International Serious Play Awards, commented. “The judges were especially impressed by how the complex topic of leading global teams was addressed. The title was given our Gold Award, citing its elegant and highly engaging design, which the judges felt could be adapted to different organisations and training contexts.”
The award was announced at George Mason University, outside Washington, D.C., at the Serious Play Conference. Bridgebuilders is one of only three games in the business/corporate category that was acknowledged with the gold award.
Bridgebuilders is a leadership simulation about leading a high-performing team across distance and culture in a global matrix organisation. The participants take on the role of a leader of a newly formed global team with corporate responsibilities. The players must build a high-performing team that can deliver quality output in an environment occupied by sometimes sceptical stakeholders with their own agendas.
The leadership simulation was launched in January 2017 and is widely used by international corporations as part of their internal corporate programs and academies.
