Playmakers® Certification Course

Become certified and help project managers and leaders diverse groups and individuals with Playmakers®.

As a certified facilitator, you will help managers or project leaders train and test different strategies before they matter.

What is Playmakers®?

Playmakers® is an excellent simulation in teaching participants how to lead diverse groups and individuals by focusing on team performance, motivation, conflict management, and communication and negotiation. Playmakers® trains participants in leadership by engaging a diverse set of team members, steering committees, and others that might influence the team or task at hand. The simulation helps participants analyse, recognise, and address organisational, group-based, and individual dilemmas encountered in team and project leadership.

Why get certified in Playmakers®?

When certified, you will get a hand-on experience with the game and understand how game-based simulations can accelerate learning and organisational efficiency. You will also review theories it was built on – for anchoring learnings in your organisational culture.

You will gain the skills and competencies to facilitate Playmakers® in different situations; for team development, leader development, or organisational development.
