Join us for two intense and insightful days, and become a certified trainer in our Wallbreakers® certification course. We will equip you to navigate through corporate change initiatives – minimising resistance and maximising success.
What is Wallbreakers®?
Wallbreakers® is a gamed-based tool that will support and empower your change journey.
This is done by practising decision-making, testing assumptions, and seeing the impact of your plan unfold, the good and the bad. In short, Wallbreakers® will help you develop your change leadership skills and allow you to reflect and discuss your change strategy in a risk-free and safe learning environment.
Why get certified in Wallbreakers®?
As a certified trainer, you will facilitate the Wallbreakers® leadership simulation as a stand-alone training workshop or incorporate the tool in large training programs and corporate academies.
In addition to learning how to master the tool, you will dive deep into grounding theories. You will also learn to introduce reflection exercises and transfer tools, extracting learnings from simulation to reality. Lastly, you will connect with other professional trainers, sharing insights and best practices.

The price is €2,414 per participant. This includes food and drinks for both days.
