What is Wallbreakers®?
Wallbreakers® is a gamed-based tool designed to support and empower your change journey by practising decision-making, testing assumptions, and seeing the impact of your plan unfold, the good and the bad. During a Wallbreakers® simulation, participants will brush up on their change leadership skills, allowing them to reflect and discuss individual change strategies in a risk-free, engaging learning environment.

The online version of Wallbreakers® is a web application containing platforms for the participant and facilitator. You will deliver an impactful virtual experience, showcasing the possibility of conducting a quality leadership simulation online. As a facilitator, you will have complete oversight of team performance and decisions throughout the session, making follow-up and debriefs smooth and easy.
With this certification, you can facilitate this version through virtual meeting software allowing break-out rooms, e.g. Zoom or MS Teams.
