As a certified trainer, you will train clients or colleagues on how to strategically activate their stakeholders and build support to succeed in their organisation.
What is Gamechangers®?
Gamechangers® is a game-based tool strengthening managers and leaders’ ability to drive strategic initiatives. Participants test their people skills, negotiation talent, and ability to uncover attitudes and informal networks. Gamechangers® combines real-life cases with simulated action and group reflection which makes for a highly engaging and powerful business training approach.
