Leadership academies
To make sure the leadership fits their context, more and more organisations chose to develop their own internal leadership programs.
Workz design end-to-end leadership academies that trains leaders in leading themselves, leading their teams and leading the business. Doing this, we draw on a large repository of methods, concepts and off-the-self tools, but we always customise these to fit the context of the organisation.
We collaborate closely with internal P&O resources and other external vendors in the development. And when we are done, we can either train in-house facilitators to take over or help run the academies ourselves or using facilitators from our global network.
Plug-ins to existing programmes
Maybe you have an existing leadership development set-up that are in need of an update to make it more engaging or tailer it more to your needs? Maybe you want to add more individual reflection and increase transfer from the classroom to actual behaviour on the job?
You do not have to start from scratch though. Workz can develop engaging virtual or in-person plug-in training modules for your existing program. This way you get the benefits of our large toolbox of leadership development concepts, but you keep the stuff that already works for you.
