Strategic storytelling
When activating a strategy it is important to be very precise in the underlying narrative. Not only to drive alignment and focus, but also to present the strategy in a way that engages the organisation.
We use dramatic tools like the core story and hero’s journey to shape the underlying story behind a new strategy or organisation.
By tapping into the “mono myth” of human history we make changes understandable and to cast the people who need to change as the heros of the story.

Transformative conversations
If your CEO could have a productive one-to-one conversation with everybody in the organisation you might not need our help. But the reality is that this is not possible for many reasons. The time is not there, the message gets diluted when it is cascaded through the organisation or passed from mouth to mouth.
And in all honesty, many leader do not have the necessary skills to have these conversations the right way.
We design processes and games-based tools to help motivate, drive and shape conversations about change, reflection and learning. This allows us to ad scale to conversations, make them replicable, and ensure a productive outcome.
Fiction
Sometimes the best way to talk about reality is through fiction. Removing a discussion from the constraints of everyday work can help change perspectives and lose up preexisting positions .
We develop fictional storylines, places, or characters to our games and competitions to add a playful and fun atmosphere, to make sharing less risky and to challenge the participants.
