Partner Days is a two-day networking and knowledge-sharing event for our trusted partners.
Last year, we gathered in Barcelona, the hometown of our good partner, BeYourBest. The focus was to learn from each other, create relationships, share methods and know-how and explore trends in leadership and change.
This year, we will meet at Workz headquarters in Copenhagen on Sept. 19 – 20, 2024.
Bringing some of the successes at Barcelona, the event program is a good mix of inspiration, networking and reflections.
Inspiration: What does L&D look like inside a global company? What is top of mind for community leaders? Explore L&D focus areas with some of Denmark’s most prestigious private- and public organizations.
Networking: What global trends within L&D do we see internationally? As a participant, we would like for you to contribute with your tips and tricks. What are your favourite methods and cases, and who are you inspired by? Let’s learn and explore best practices together.
Learnings: What have we learned at Workz since Barcelona? Join us for an engaging session of the award-winning Mercedes Benz simulation. Explore ”Quest”, a strategy game co-developed betweenWorkz and IMD Business School and much more.
As an extra and special opportunity, you can be certified in Gamechangers® on Wednesday the 18 of September (the day before the main program starts) – for a special partners fee.
