In April 2016 the global top-140 managers of Chr. Hansen A/S, a industry leading bioscience company, gathered for a two-day strategy summit in Denmark. The company was halfway in their five year strategy process, and the aim of the summit was to revisit and reconfirm the company’s Nature´s No.1 strategy and to engage the leaders for the journey ahead.
The summit was designed to nurse the unique company identity, to stimulate high performance and to sharpen strategic alignment. Workz was deeply involved in the development, preparation and execution of the summit including the design of engaging workshop formats and a value-chain game. In addition we helped to develop a series of dialogue tools that was used after the event by the participating leaders to engage the rest of the global organisation.
The participants rated the summit 4,8 on a 5-point scale.
