Lisa Heyman

Lisa is a junior consultant at Workz with a speciality in sustainability action engagement and process design facilitation. Her way of working on change is through igniting a collaborative mindset and self-reflection. It is her belief that collaborative tension and embedded learning of interpersonal dynamics are the cornerstone of better business, and ultimately a thriving society.

Before joining Workz, Lisa worked for nearly 5 years in sustainability communication and engagement, designing processes for involvement in strategy embedded action. She holds an Environmental Science degree (BSc.) from Avans University of Applied Sciences and a MSc. degree in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from the Blekinge Technical Institute 

In her spare time, she likes to dance and meditate to get from the mind into the body. With field hockey and roller skating she stays active, and with reflective writing and a cup of tea she relaxes.
