Klaus Meier Olsen
Klaus is a senior consultant at Workz and works in the intersection between leadership development, organisational change, and strategy execution.
Whether he is designing leadership academies, facilitating workshops, or advising our clients on how to make strategic initiatives come to life, Klaus firmly believes that the key is involving and empowering leaders and employees to make local decisions within a clear framework.
When trying to solve a client’s problems Klaus draws on his extensive knowledge on organisational theory, master’s degree in psychology and 20 years of experience with designing learning games and dialogue tools both professionally and as a hobby.
In his free time Klaus hangs out with his girlfriend and their dog Vespa, cooks, lifts weights, reads books about the fall of the Roman Empire (and occasionally other topics) and indulges in his passion for classic menswear.
