Lisa is a junior consultant who brings a unique blend of energetic innovation and grounded pragmatism to her work. She thrives in creating structure amidst uncertainty and complexity, developing integral and inclusive engagement processes that foster active ownership during organizational transformations.
At the core of Lisa’s philosophy is the belief in activating people’s internal curiosity to amplify empowerment, ultimately resulting in high-performing teams doing work that truly matters to them.
Her expertise in strategy activation spans process development, project management, and facilitation. Drawing inspiration from design thinking and the art of hosting, Lisa incorporates these principles into change-informed process designs that anticipate and address resistance.
Before joining Workz, Lisa honed her skills in sustainability communication and engagement, where she designed processes to transform involvement into strategy-embedded climate action. Her academic background includes a BSc in Environmental Science from Avans University of Applied Sciences and an MSc in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from Blekinge Technical Institute.
When not at work, Lisa indulges in philosophical and reflective writing, as well as free-flow dancing, embracing the poetry of life in all its forms.
