Looking back on A Day of Play 2017

What are the keys to successful organisational transformation? What happens when leadership and change processes cross borders and cultures? How can gamification and behavioural design accelerate leadership training and strategy execution?

These were some of the topics at A Day of Play 2017 where top practitioners and decision makers from leading European companies joined in discussions and knowledge sharing on current topics within leadership, change, innovation, and learning.

The annual conference is a mixture of keynotes, talks and discussions, engaging workshops, and networking. The event is for professionals working internally with change management, HR, strategy, innovation and communication in large private or public organisations.

This year we presented cases from organisations like Chr. Hansen, Novo Nordisk, ISS, Arla, Danish Agrifish Agency, and Innovation Fund Denmark and demonstrated some of our games and solutions.

We also launched our new leadership simulation Bridgebuilders™ at the conference. You can read more about that game here.

The keynotes included Hanne Refsholt; CEO of TINE SA (Norway’s largest dairy company); Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae, international board executive; Christina Burgwald, Vice President at Arla; and Christian Lauritzen, Head of Group Learning and Development at ISS.

We were 181 people from over 30 organisations and 10+ nationalities, and we are still in awe of your good spirits, high energy and enthusiasm for sharing experiences and ideas. We are especially grateful to our keynote speakers and all the presenters who contributed to the workshops with cases and solutions for us to try out.

Thank you to all the participants for making our tenth A Day of Play very special!
