Ask is CEO at Workz, which he owns together with a group of colleagues.

Ask is an expert in learning games, storytelling, change management and strategy execution, and he has more than 20 years of experience as a senior advisor for many of Scandinavia’s biggest organisations. He holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen.

Ask has been identified as a thought leader by the International Serious Games Association, and he is a active keynote speaker, author, blogger and columnist. He has writing for The Huffington Post, Børsen, the leading Danish business newspaper, and Mandag Morgen, a Scandinavian think tank. Ask serves at several boards.
