BECOME LICENSED TO ENGAGE and activate STAKEHOLDERS strategically
Join us for two intense and insightful days and become a certified trainer of our leadership simulation Gamechangers.
As a certified trainer you are prepared to train groups of clients or colleagues on how to strategically activate their stakeholders and build support to succeed in their organisation.
WHAT IS GAMECHANGERS?
Gamechangers is a game-based tool designed to strengthen managers and leaders’ ability to drive strategic initiatives. This is done by testing participant’s people skills, negotiation talent, and their ability to uncover attitudes and informal networks. Gamechangers combines real-life cases with simulated action and group reflection which makes for a highly engaging and powerful business training approach.
WHY GET CERTIFIED?
As a certified trainer you are ready to support and enable participants, internal or external, to ensure stakeholder buy-in critical to their initiatives. You will get a well-tested framework that extracts valuable learnings through dialogue, exercises, and transfer tools.
WHAT HAPPENS AT A CERTIFICATION?
Over the course of two days, you will become a superuser of this leadership simulation. In addition to learning about the mechanism of the tool, you'll also learn about the theories behind it rooted in negotiation, conflict resolution, influence styles and change leadership.
Last but not least, you will have the chance to network with other people learning to facilitate the simulation game in their own organisations and together you gain new perspectives on how to facilitate.
Is this for you?
This certification workshop is for professionals working with leadership development in complex organizations. Previous experience with facilitation and leadership training is highly recommended.
€2,343 per participant. The price includes foods and drinks both days.
