Wordsmithery - symposium on executive speechwriting

In a time with intensified focus on sensemaking, company purpose, storytelling and change communication, the relevance and importance of executive speechwriting is on the rise. The traditional corporate keynotes of the past are long gone. Instead, people expect highly engaging speeches with passion, openness and authenticity. Words and delivery that matters.

At this informal symposium, we focus on executive communication and in particular the craftsmanship of executive speechwriting. From frameworks and models, to work processes and practical tips. In addition to knowledge sharing about best practice, we will also look at current trends in change management and strategy execution and discuss the implication for executive communication.

The symposium will be led by Ask Agger, CEO at Workz. Ask has worked with storytelling and executive communication for more than two decades, and he often has the role of CEO speechwriter on our projects.

Special guest will be
Villads Andersen, author and former speechwriter for the current Danish Prime Minister, Mette Frederiksen.

This symposium has a limited number of seats and is reserved for seasoned practitioners who work internally with executive leadership communication and speechwriting. From senior communication partners to heads of internal- or leadership communication.

This in-person symposium is free of charge and runs from 12.00 to 16.00. We start with a light lunch.
