Edoardo Montenegro

Edoardo is a Senior Consultant at Workz with broad experience in marketing, communications, human resources, change management, and community building.

He developed his skills working for Intesa Sanpaolo Bank in Italy, driving internal and external communication projects in marketing and HR. Once he understood the impact innovation has on companies and society, he dedicated time to his entrepreneurial vocation and co-founded Twitteratura and Betwyll, a cultural startup cultivating reading through social networking across 650 schools and 12 universities in partnership with Pearson Italia.

Over time Edoardo has designed blogs, taught writing, built hackathons, coached prominent innovators and served as a keynote speaker to manyfold events across Europe. During the past three years, he has travelled extensively in Finland and Scandinavia to study learning innovation and edtech ecosystems.

Edoardo holds a Communication Science degree (Turin University) and a Masters in Marketing and e-Commerce (SDA Bocconi, Milan). 

He is the lucky father of two little kids, Cosimo and Lorenzo. He often dreams of his motherland Maremma (Tuscany), while his main passions are the Spanish Civil War and the Italian literature of the XX Century.
