We are very happy to announce that the strategy game we have developed for ISS has been awarded gold in the corporate category at the Serious Play Conference. The Serious Play Conference is an annual leadership conference for people who work with designing, managing and implementing games in professional organisations.
The game was developed through a partnership with ISS and it is an integral part of the ISS Leadership Academy. Its main objectives are to create awareness and dialogue about the global strategy and business model of the company and to reinforce the customer focus.
The game is a physical board game – complete with magnetic boards, 3D printed models, action cards, and game pieces. You can read more about the strategy game and our collaboration with ISS here.
We seem to be on a roll, since last year our leadership simulation about strategy execution in large organisations, Gamechangers™, also won gold in the corporate category at the Serious Play Conference.
