In 2011 the insurance company Topdanmark was preparing the implementation of their new CRM system. The system would entail extensive changes for all involved employees across the entire business, and Topdanmark needed their managers to be equipped to handle these changes.
Workz helped arrange a training workshop on change leadership for the managers.

We used our change leadership simulation Wallbreakers to get the managers to discuss hands-on change leadership while relating the challenges in the simulation to specific changes in Topdanmark. Prior to the workshop, Topdanmark had conducted a change readiness survey. The results from this survey now shaped the point of departure for the discussions.
We then assisted them in developing an action plan tool, based on their experiences during the simulation. The tool provides the managers with an overview of of the change process and helps them focus on specific leadership actions. Topdanmark still uses the tool as a point of reference for the change process.
